The Company has a long-term experience in designing and implementing technical and technological sites for municipal waste treatment plants in Poland. We are a customer-oriented company trying to meet the needs of our Clients and to support them in solving their problems by using modern technologies which are innovative in the Polish market.

WE ARE CURRENTLY WORKING ON A PROJECT
OF THE FIRST INDUSTRIAL WASTE GASIFICATION INSTALLATION IN POLAND
USING CANADIAN TECHNOLOGY FROM ENECO,
SOLVING THE PROBLEM OF BALLAST REMAINING AFTER A WASTE SORTING PROCESS,
WHICH IS DISPOSED IN LANDFILLS.

The installation is designed for gasification of waste at the temperature of 500°C÷700°C, with a simultaneous production of methane and thermal energy. The installation is closed and produces no air emissions. The average waste reduction rate in the gasification process will be approximately 95%.

Any remaining sub-process waste in a form of ashes can be disposed in a landfill section or used as a binder in production of concrete.

Characteristic parameters:

• air emission – will not exceed the parameters resulting from the EU regulations
• solid waste – none

There are post-process ashes in the amount of 5% of the original amount of waste to be gasified, which can be used as a binder in production of concrete.

• odors – none

Any odors will be oxidized during the process.

ALL CARBON-BASED WASTE CAN BE INTENDED FOR GASIFICATION.

Economic benefits:

• electrical energy - for the company internal needs and to the national grid
• thermal energy - to district heating
• environmental charges are not applicable

Ecological benefits:

• decreasing the amount of waste disposed in landfill sections and thus no need to construct new landfill sections

THE EQUIPMENT TO BE USED IN THE INSTALLATION BEING DESIGNED
MEETS THE REQUIRED PARAMETERS
AND IS ADMITTED TO USE IN THE EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES.
